G M Trading is an Australian-owned family business of medical-grade cleaning products since 1996. We are a TGA licence holder of therapeutic goods and use clinical research to develop professional hygiene solutions for the healthcare industry.
The development of a powerful micro-biocide for eliminating diseases caused by bacteria has resulted in Desogerm® 100, a modern hospital-grade disinfectant. Backed by science and clinical research, it has cleaning power strong enough to fight listed bacteria and COVID-19 when used as directed on hard surfaces.
We believe in patient safety. Continued research and testing of Desogerm® 100 in laboratories supports a product with high dilution rates and cost-saving opportunities for healthcare and associated industries.
TGA ARTG 451985
Desogerm® 100 is TGA approved as a hospital-grade disinfectant, listed as ARTG 451985. It is intended for hard surfaces. It is not to be used on medical devices or therapeutic goods.
Active ingredients are Poly (hexamethylenebiguanide) 2.0% w/v and Benzalkonium chloride (BAC) 8.0% w/v. When used as directed it kills 99.999% of bacteria and 99.99% of viruses including COVID-19 / SARS-CoV-2, Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Enterococcus hirae, Salmonella enterica and human herpesvirus.
